Jay Elementary Students Shine at Tropicana 4-H Speech Contest
Milton-On Wednesday, the Santa Rosa Auditorium was the site of the annual 4-H Tropicana Speech Contest. All Santa Rosa elementary schools have the opportunity to compete in the contest. Speech contests are held in the classroom and then at the school level. The winners from each grade level (4-6) then represent their school and compete against all other elementary schools in the county. Jay won every grade level! Pictures are the 2019 winners.
