FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INSANTA ROSA COUNTY HOLIDAYCLOSURES
nt of Health in Santa Rosa County (DOH-Santa Rosa) locations will be closed December 24 and December 25, 2018, and December 31, 2018 and January 1, 2019, in observance of the holidays. Pro Med Healthcare, which provides dental services at the DOH-Santa Rosa locations in Milton and Midway, will also be closed on those dates.
Both health department and Pro Med locations will be open for business as usual December 26 through December 28, 2018. Regular business hours will resume on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
