You Can’t Rain on this Parade! (PICS OF JAY CHRISTMAS PARADE)
Even though the rain was falling from the sky, the annual Jay Christmas Parade went on to the delight of many. JHS cheerleaders, the mayor, business leaders, and even Santa Claus took to the damp streets to bring Christmas cheer to Jay.
