Jay Beats Northview in 11 innings

The Jay Royals traveled to Northview  Tuesday for basesball.  The Chiefs took the lead early scoring three in the first.  Jay fought back to tie them, and then the battle began.  It took 11 innings, but the Royals’ bats came alive in the top of the 11th to score five runs.  The final score was 8-3.

Cook had three hits for Jay with Smith adding one.  T Flowers walked twice, Seib and Miller added one each.  Archer had 2 RBIs.  Majors and Miller combined on the mound for Jay.

Royals are back in action at Jay on Friday.
