Locklin named new Royals volleyball coach

Friday-Carey Locklin was introduced today as Jay High School’s new head volleyball coach. “Jay High School is proud to announce that Carey Locklin has been named as the varsity volleyball coach.  We are proud that Coach Locklin brings a level of excitement to the program,” stated Athletic Director Lance Youngblood.
