Special Election Information

Santa Rosa County Supervisor of Elections Tappie Villane announces important information regarding the Town of Jay special election to amend the town charter on May 23.
Vote-by-mail (Absentee)

A vote-by-mail ballot may be obtained by:

Visiting www.votesantarosa.com

Calling the elections office at (850) 983-1900

Visiting the Supervisor of Elections Office located at 6495 Caroline St., Suite F in Milton.

Wednesday, May 17 is the last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot be mailed to you for the Tuesday, May 23 election. All vote-by-mail ballots are due no later than 7 p.m. election night. 
There will be no early voting for this special election.
Ballot drop off

There is one location in Santa Rosa County for voters to drop off absentee (vote-by-mail) ballots for the Town of Jay special election:

County Administration Building (Milton Office) at 6495 Caroline Street, Suite F, Milton, FL 32570

8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday through May 22

7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on May 23

Election Day

Election Day is May 23 and will be open to all voters living within the town limits of Jay regardless of party affiliation. More information can be found at www.votesantarosa.com or call the elections office at (850) 983-1900.
