Madelynn Holt Selected as State Finalist
Madelynn Holt, JHS’ 2016 Homecoming Queen, has been selected and will be competing in Florida’s Homecoming Queen State Finals. Homecoming queen’s from around the state will be competing against each other for scholarships and other awards. The 37th annual competition is not a traditional beauty pageant as contestants will be judged in two categories; personal interviews and an evening gown competition. The winner will go on to compete in the National Selection of America’s Homecoming Queen. The state contest will be held on May 7th, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Orlando in Disney Springs.
This is a great honor for Mattie and everyone at JHS is pulling for her to do well!
