Boater restricted area designated for March 4 and 5, 2017
MILTON, FL February 8, 2017 The City of Milton will activate boater restricted Area2C and 2D; they encompass that portion of the Blackwater River 500’ from the north end of the Riverwalk board walk to 300’ south of the CSX train trestle during the Riverwalk Arts Festival on March 4 and 5, 2017.
A boating-restricted area in this case means an area of the waters of the state within which the operation of vessels is subject to specified restrictions. The restriction is defined as Slow Speed Minimum Wake.
