Lady Royals Advance

The Lady Royals made the 2 hour plus trip to Chipley to play neighbor-rival Northview in the district tournament on Monday. After the first quarter, it was evident that the Royals would be making the same trip on Tuesday as the Royals lead the Chiefs 20-1.  The final score was 58-22 as Carissa Mulford (Sr.) lead the way with 27 points. 8th grader Makenna Locklin added 14. All but two of the Royals scored as they dominated the game from the tip. Now the Royals turn their attention to another rival, the Baker Gators. Baker has defeated the Royals twice this season, but this game should be more competitive than the first two as the Lady Royals are playing their best basketball of the season.
