Joseph Emanuel Harbison
DOB: 11-2-1945
White Male -5’9 tall 217 lbs
Last seen wearing: Green Shirt – Blue Jeans- Military Style Boots
Wearing glasses and a beard.
Vehicle: 1999 Beige Chevy SUV FL Disabled Veteran Tag: DV1609B
Mr. Harbison has a medical condition which requires medication. It is believed he may be traveling in his vehicle, possibly to South Florida. Last seen on 1/18/17 at 6:00 pm, in the Deaton Bridge area of Santa Rosa County.
A Silver Alert has been issued.
