JHS’ Holds 2nd Annual College and Career Expo
JHS- On Wednesday, 11/16, the gymnasium at Jay High School was filled with representatives from colleges, military branches, and business’ all there to talk with students about their futures. The event began at 8:30am and welcomed in sophomores first, followed by juniors, then seniors. Students were engaged in the event and asked a lot of good questions.
“The event went really well!” stated the representative from FSU. “It was nice how the different classes came at different times. It allowed us to have good conversations with them.”
All in all, 22 different organizations were in attendance.
Jay High School would like to thank all of the individuals and organizations that gave up their time to pull off this event.
