Accident Claims a Jay Woman’s Life
Around 5:30 yesterday, 15 year old Katlynn Hobbs was traveling eastbound on county road 182. A vehicle driven by Robert Kenning III, 41,of Jay was also traveling eastbound. Hobbs slowed to make a left turn without signaling. Kenning attempted to pass vehicle one on the left. Kenning struck Hobbs’ vehicle as it attempted to make the left turn.
Ms. Allison Maranda Hobbs, 40, of Jay was a passenger in Hobbs’ vehicle and was pronounced deceased on the scene.
