Hard to believe we are already in week 4 of the 2016 prep football season. Really good games in our area this week so make sure you attend one and support these young men.

Milton (2-1) @ Catholic (0-3) Game time 7:30 pm

The Panthers are coming off a win as they defeated Fort Walton Beach last Friday. This week, they travel to Pensacola to face the winless Catholic Crusaders. Look for Milton to get another win this week as they get ready for district play.

Last year, the Panthers defeated the Crusaders, 42-21.

Pace (2-1) @ Washington (1-2) Game time 7:30 pm

Pace suffered their first loss of the season last week at the hands of Pine Forest. This week, their opponent is not quite up to the degree they faced last week, but will still create a challenge for the Patriots. Washington is coming off two straight losses, but defeated Milton the first week of the season.

Last year, Pace beat Washington 24-7.

West Gadsden (2-1) @ Jay (0-3) Game time 7:00pm

Jay is coming off a hard fought loss from the hands of Wewa in last week’s game and is still searching for Coach Kersey’s first victory as head coach. The Panthers of West Gadsden have only one loss on their record. They lost last week to Tate. West Gadsden is a very athletic team, meaning the young Royals will have to play discipline football this week to have a chance at success.

Last year, West Gadsden beat Jay 30-6.
