Milton (0-1) is hosting Fort Walton Beach (0-1) this Friday. Milton is coming off a tough loss to Washington. Last week, the Panthers never really got their offense going and only mustered 15 points in the Thursday night matchup. Fort Walton Beach lost to Pace last week in a game that was not competitive from the get-go. Last year, the Panthers beat the Vikings 38-7.

Big game in Pace this week as Pace hosts PHS. Last week, Pace dominated a struggling Fort Walton Beach team and PHS lost to Pine Forest 33-12. Pace, under new head coach Kent Smith, is running a new offense and will look to spread PHS out in order to create running lanes for the Patriots’ running backs and quarterback. Last year, PHS defeated the Patriots 40-10.

Jay (0-1) at Resurrection Catholic, MS. (0-1)-The Royals travel to Mississippi to face Resurrection Catholic. Last week, the Royals took one on the chin as the Flomaton Hurricanes ran away with by a score of 42-7. The Royals had a 7-6 lead with 4 minutes left in the half, but sloppy special teams and untimely turnovers lead to their undoing (Flomaton scores 23 points off special teams and turnovers). This week, the Royals look to turn their luck around. Last year, Resurrection Catholic defeated the Royals 12-0.
