Baptist Health Care to Build $6 Million Medical Park in Pace

PENSACOLA, Fla. (April 13, 2016) Baptist Health Care (BHC) is building a $6 million medical park in Pace, FL. BHC is growing to improve access to its quality services and programs. Located at 3874 Highway 90, Baptist Medical Park Pace will feature Baptist Medical Group (BMG) primary and specialty physicians, Andrews Institute Rehabilitation, walk-in care, imaging and lab services.

The facility will be located near the corner of Chumuckla Highway and Highway 90. The project includes two phases. Phase 1 is a two-story, 16,000-square-foot complex that will house Baptist Medical Group (BMG)- family medicine and specialty physician offices as well as walk-in care, imaging and lab services. The second phase involves the renovation of the existing 7,000-square-foot building that will house Andrews Institute Rehabilitation and a BMG Ladies First office. The $6 million project is an investment for the better health of our community for many years to come.

In February this year, BHC announced the construction of the Baptist Medical Park Airport on 12th Ave. in Pensacola. The Airport and Pace locations respectively will be BHCs third and fourth medical parks. The two existing facilities are located on Navarre Parkway in Navarre and University Parkway in Pensacola.
