Jay goes without Power for much of Sunday
Jay-Part of the substation at the corner of Shell Road and Spring Street literally blew up early Sunday morning. The fire was contained quickly and there were no injuries to report. Around 3pm a mobile power station arrived and around 6pm power was restored to the area. No word on how long the mobile power station will be used.
