Accident on West side of Highway 4 Escambia River Bridge

Late Tuesday night there was a single car accident on the Century side of the Escambia River bridge outside of Jay. The driver was taken to the hospital. The car had much damage to the front end as it apparently lost control and hit the guide rails. The cause of the accident is not known.
