Mr. Roscoe Winston Jordan

Mr. Roscoe Winston Jordan, age 88 of Flomaton, AL passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in Brewton, AL. 
Mr. Jordan was born in Pensacola, FL and was a lifetime resident of the Flomaton community where he graduated from Flomaton High School in 1947. Mr. Jordan was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corp and was retired from St. Regis Paper Company where he worked for 33 years as a shipping clerk. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and a member of Little Escambia Baptist Church. Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Eunice Hall Jordan and his sister, Carolyn Fay Reaves. 
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mrs. Joyce Evelyn Jordan of Flomaton, AL ; sons, Ernest Maxwell (Amanda Rachel) Jordan of Flomaton, AL and Randy Wayland (Iris) Jordan of East Brewton, AL; daughter, Teresa (Fred) Salter of Brewton, AL; brother, Thomas Calvin ‘T.C.’ Jordan of Century, FL; sisters, Juanita Owens of Atlanta, GA, Velera Lowery of Atlanta, GA; 8 grandchildren an 19 great-grandchildren. 
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel from 10:30 AM until 11:30 AM. 
Graveside services will held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 12 NOON at Little Escambia Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Lassiter officiating.
