Shirley Ann Hall Leonard

Shirley Ann Hall Leonard age 69 of Jay Florida passed away December 26th 2015 in Pensacola Florida. She was a lifelong resident of Jay Florida a member of Pine Level Baptist Church and worked at West Florida Hospital for many years. She was a loving sister aunt and friend to those that knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents George W and Lovie Hall and husband Charles Leonard.
She is survived by her brother George W Hall of Pea Ridge Florida, sister Nell Blackwell of Jay Florida and nephew James Blackwell of Pensacola Florida. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Jay Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 2 p.m. at Jay Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr John Wagner Sacred Heart Hospital and his nurse Britney and Dr C David Smith and the Jay hospital and staff. Jay Funeral Home is in charge the arrangements.
