Drive-By Shooting Results in Homicide

Escambia Deputies responded to the 2900 block of Michael Drive at approximately 8:15 p.m. last evening (September 5th) in reference to a shooting victim. Once on scene, a victim was discovered and CPR was initiated. Witnesses stated that the victim was outside in the yard when an unknown vehicle drove by and fired at the victim identified as 31 year old B/M Shaun Flanagan. The victim was transported to a local area hospital but was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The investigation is ongoing and no suspects are in custody at this time. No further information or reports will be released at this time. Information will be released as the investigation unfolds.
