Accident claims Jay teen’s Life
A traffic accident claimed the life of a Jay teenager early Sunday morning. In a single vehicle accident, David Tyler Palmer,17, of Jay lost his life. Palmer was traveling eastbound on Bragg Lake Road. He failed to negoitate the right hand curve,and began to rotate clockwise. The vehicle then traveled down an embankment, coming to final rest on the drivers side facing west.
