ECSO Fugitive Warrants Unit Makes Two Significant Arrests
Pensacola, Fla. – The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and a significant joint effort from FDLE and the U.S. Marshals Service, Northern District have made two significant arrests:
Arrested Suspect: Jerome Williams a.k.a. Ahmad Rasul Farrakhan Muhammad – (dob. 11.26.72)
Jerome Williams a.k.a. Ahmad Rasul Farrakhan Muhammad was arrested today on active warrants out of Leon, County Florida for charges of failure to appear – sex offender failed to report and sex offender violation failure to register. He was tracked down to a house on Booker Lane located in Cantonment.
In September of 2014 Williams resided in Leon County, Tallahassee, Florida where he’s had prior arrest warrants, at which time he claimed to be the President of the New Black Panther Party. The suspect has also made threats via social media against law enforcement. He was arrested without incident and ECSO charges are pending for failure to register as a sex offender.
Arrested Juvenile Suspect: Antoine Smith – (dob. 7.7.99)
Antoine Smith was arrested on an active warrant for charges of sex assault – with weapon or force sex battery victim 12 yoa older and sex assault – sexual battery 2nd degree felony multiple perpetrators. Smith was part of a gang rape that occurred last year in Escambia County
