Aubrey Dewayne Cooley

Aubrey “Obie” Dewayne Cooley of Munson, Florida passed away on December 26, 2014 at his residence in Munson, Florida. Aubrey often known to most as “Obie” enjoyed the outdoors. He spent a lot of his time fishing, hunting, and any task that could keep him outside enjoying being in nature. Aubrey he was a loving a husband, father, son, brother, and a great loving friend to all who know him. Aubrey was preceded in death by his cousin Fred Bo Vonaxelson Jr. He was survived by his parents Jack and Beverly Cooley, wife Carisa Crongeyer, and daughters Jessica Cooley, and Kindall Cooley, one sister Bridgette (David) Howard, mother in law Sandra Crongeyer, and father in law Tom (Jessie) Crongeyer. He was also was also survived by various other nephews and good friends. A visitation will be held to celebrate his life on Thursday, January 1, 2015 beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m. all held at Jay Funeral Home chapel. His funeral will follow on the next day on Friday, January 2, 2014 beginning at 11 a.m. also held at the Jay Funeral Home chapel officiated by Brother Bill Thompson. Pallbearers will be Damian Cooley, Scott Cooley, Adam Cooley, Josh Cooley, Rod Hardy, and Robert Hardy. Burial will follow at Sullivan Cemetery in the Munson/Berrydale area. The family would like to thank everyone for their concern at this troubling time but would request in lieu of flowers, if donations could be made instead that would be very helpful to aid in helping to care for his children and start them a college fund
