Jay Community Bans Together

A nativity scene had been set up at the red light downtown.  It is viewable to all who pass through town.  The nativity scene has caused more people to pay attention to it.  Many members of the small town are placing nativity scenes at their homes for others to see.  A group of citizens are even putting together a live nativity scene for the town, Monday, December 22nd.

This beautiful display  has brought Jesus back into the limelight at Christmas.   The talk around town is not about gifts and shopping.  Who’s cooking what, or where everyone is going for the day is not the main topic of conversation.  Baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph, the true meaning of Christmas, is now in everyone’s discussions.   Northsantarosa will be running articles from members of the community over the next several days.
