Jeanette Whitehead Mouncey

Jeanette W. Mouncey passed away Aug. 20, 2014 at Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton after a lengthy illness. Jeanette was born July 19, 1939 to Goy and Gladys Whitehead in Niceville.

Her parents and husband, John Mouncey, preceded her in death.

Survivors are her son, Glenn E. Fox and his wife, Janet, of Owls Head, N.Y.; her daughter, Barbara A. Jenks, and her husband Robert, of Crestview; her son, Lawrence C. Burns and his wife, Elaine, of Holt; and Theresa B. Herndon and her husband, Ty Herndon of Holt.

Nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren also survive her.

A celebration of her life is 6 p.m. Sept. 6 at 1050 Whitehead Drive, Holt.
