The Hope Walk will be on Saturday, October 18, 2014, 8:00am at Jay United Methodist Church

Registration fee is $20.00
Which includes–T-Shirt–Breakfast– time with very special people “your friends and neighbors”
Shirts will be that Beautiful Heather Grey with A new Design in Pink
