Brown Sentenced to Five Years
State Attorney Bill Eddins announced that Daryl Lamar Brown, age 46, of Century, Florida, was sentenced today by Circuit Court Judge Ross Goodman to five years state prison.
Brown was convicted by an Escambia County Jury on April 8, 2014, on two counts of Lewd & Lascivious Exposure in the presence of an elderly or disabled person and two additional misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure.
The charges were filed after the defendant was seen by several residents of the Century Care Center committing lewd and indecent acts in the early morning hours outside the center.
Both the investigation and arrest were conducted by the Escambia County Sheriff’s office. Assistant State Attorney Anne Patterson prosecuted the case.
