NARRATIVE: UPDATE: A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Emanuel Menz, last seen in the 3200 block of Ferdon Blvd in Crestview, wearing a blue jacket, blue denim coveralls, and a long sleeved shirt. The child may be in the company of Karl Menz, a white male, 50 years old, 6 feet 02 inches tall, brown hair, brown eyes and Virginia Lynch, an Asian female, 49 years old, 4 feet 11 inches tall, black hair, brown eyes. They may possibly be traveling in a 2009, beige Dodge Caravan, FL tag number J47FXH.
