Vehicle found in water at Shoreline Circle Boat Ramp
A vehicle was found almost completely submerged in the water at the Shoreline Circle boat ramp early Sunday morning. Bay County’s dive team recovered the vehicle and the body of Leo Ronald Smith. Investigators and the sheriff’s department are still investigating the events.
