Great Day to be from Jay

Both the varsity softball and varsity baseball teams won tonight against their opponents  across the parking lot from each other.  The Lady Royals faced off against Ft. Walton Beach, winning the game 7-1.  Chassity McCraney was the winning pitcher and Destiny Herring hit a homerun.

The boys waited until the 7th to get on the scoreboard.  Down by two going into the bottom of the 7th, the Royals scored three to win the game. The boys will play their first district game on Thursday at 6:00.  They will face Bonifay at home.
