Dianne McCranie
Dianne McCranie of Munson, FL lost her 2 year courageous battle with cancer on Septem¬ber 20, 2013. Dianne was born in Wy¬andotte, MI on June 16, 1951. She was raised in Baltimore, MD and gradu¬ated from Southern High School in 1969. Her life took her to Norfolk VA where she treasured her role as a devoted navy wife and mother. In 1988 she turned her love of sewing into a career working with Hancock Fabrics. In 2000, Dianne moved to Munson, FL where she remarried and ran Ruth’s Store with her husband Bobby. She was loved and adored by the Munson Community and her friendship and gener¬osity were felt by every¬one she met. She is pre-deceased by her mother, Ann Bach¬man and brother, Ricky Trent. She is survived by her husband, Bobby McCra¬nie of Munson, FL; her two daughters, Jennifer Murray of Norfolk, VA and Shawna Shy of Munson, FL; grand-daughter, El¬len Shy of Munson, FL; brother, Tom Bachman (Gail) of Norfolk, VA; step¬children, Marty McCranie, Christy Bare and Stephen McCranie. Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 11AM at Jay Funeral Home, 3853 Hwy 4, Jay, FL. In lieu of flowers, do¬nations can be made to Covenant Hospice or the charity of your choice. Jay Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
