“Coming of Age” TV Program Features Taylor Mader, M.D., to Educate Seniors on Osteoarthritis

PENSACOLA, Fla. (August 27, 2013) – Osteoarthritis is the most common form of the joint disease arthritis, affecting millions of people around the world. This disease can impact a person’s daily routine and if left undiagnosed can often get worse over time. To help educate seniors about osteoarthritis, Dr. Taylor Mader – a fellowship-trained rheumatologist with Baptist Medical Group – will appear as a guest on Coming of Age, Lifestyle Television for Seniors. On the program, Dr. Mader and the program host will discuss the causes, symptoms and treatment options available for osteoarthritis.

The Coming of Age program, presented by Council on Aging of West Florida, covers topics of interest to seniors and their families. Dr. Mader’s feature on osteoarthritis will air on WUWF-TV (Cox Cable Channel 4) at the following dates and times:

Show times during the week of Sept. 2:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m.
