James Cary Holland

James Cary Holland passed away early this morning after a brief illness. Jim was born in Pensacola Florida on July 3 1948 to James Harvey Holland and Pearlie Mae Miller Holland. He attended local schools, graduating from Pensacola Tech in 1966 and subsquently joining the US Army where he served tours in Germany and Viet Nam.

Predeceased by his parents and his second wife Debbie J Holland. Jim is survived by his two sons James Michael (Tracy) and Gary Wayne (Kasey) eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also surviving are Doris Jackson,the mother of his sons , sisters Lou E (Bernard F. Jr.), Diane H Bateman, and brother Johnnie Wayne(Debbie) Holland. Burial will be at Barrancas national Cemetery at 2:00pm on Friday, August 9, 2013 with full military honors. Jay Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
