Summer Screening for Kindergartners

Jay Elementary School will be having summer screening for upcoming kindergartners this Wednesday, July 31.  Students with a last name beginning with A-L will need to come any time between 8:30-10:30.  Students with a last name beginning with M-Z will need to come any time between 12:00-2:00.  Please check in at the front office upon arrival.

Students will be assessed on basic skills.  There are no prerequisite skills; the teachers will just be assessing to see what the students already know.  The assessment will take about 30 minutes.

If you have a child that will be attending kindergarten at JES this upcoming school year and you have not registered him/her, please do so as soon as possible.
