FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN SANTA ROSA COUNTY ANNOUNCES NEW HOURS FOR IMMUNIZATION CLINICS

– Beginning July 1, all Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County Immunization Clinics will begin new hours of operation. Immunizations will be offered at the Milton location on Mondays and Thursdays, at the satellite clinic in Gulf Breeze on Tuesdays, and at the satellite clinic in Jay the first Wednesday of every month. The change in clinic hours is in response to a decline in demand for services as well as budget reductions.

New Clinic Hours:

Milton
5527 Stewart Street
Monday and Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Clinic closes for lunch from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 p.m.

Gulf Breeze (Midway)
5840 Gulf Breeze Parkway
Tuesday
8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Jay
14122 Alabama Street
First Wednesday of the month
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

Immunizations are provided at no fee under the Vaccines for Children program for eligible children through the age of 18. Some vaccines, including TDaP, are available for adults at cost plus an administration fee of $15.00.
