Suspect Arrested on Sexual Battery Charges
The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit completed their investigation against suspect Brian Keith Simmons Sr. Simmons was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault/Battery and Lewd Lascivious Charges on a minor, first and second degree felonies.
We received several complaints from a victim who gave graphic details about sexual activity regarding Simmons. Detectives partnered with other agencies to assist in bringing this case to closure.
Simmons is being held on a $65,000.00 Bond
