NARRATIVE: A Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for Charish Perriwinkle. She was last seen in the area of the 12000 block of Lem Turner Road in Jacksonville, wearing an orange shoulder less sundress with a fruit print on it, purple flip flops and a pink bandana. The child may be in the company of Donald Smith. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a dark shirt with the words ‘Gone Locos’ on it. He also has a gray beard and mustache, wears reading glasses and his eyebrows are darker than the rest of his hair. They may be traveling in a 1998, white Dodge 1500 van, FL tag number BCBK32. The vehicle has a two inch dark color pinstripe down its sides, two large windows on the driver’s side, one large window and double doors on the passenger side and double doors on the back.
