Jay Tennis falls in Regionals

Jay’s boys tennis team traveled to Tallahassee today to face Maclay in regionals.  The Royals lost 4-1.  Evan Goodson lost to M. Sweeney 6-2,6-2;  Eric Trevino beat C. Stevens 4-6,6-2,6-1; Cody Paramore lost to Peibles 6-4,6-1; Justice Garcia lost to Saff 6-2,6-4; and Dylan Wolfe lost to Terrigan 6-4,6-1.

Chumuckla Elementary School getting a new addition

The trees are down and equipment has moved in at Chumuckla Elementary.  The school is adding a new cafeteria/auditorium combo.  Progress on the building will be added as it becomes available.

Fun Day at Chumuckla

All the Tri-area teams swarmed to Chumuckla’s ball park Saturday for Fun Day.  All the teams experienced their first “real” game of the season.  If you have a great shot and would like to share, send to news@northsantarosa.com

Central softball takes two games

Central softball  beat Laurell Hill ,Thursday, 9 to 1. Dana Blackman was the winning pitcher and Makayla Simmons hit a homerun  .Then they beat Bethlehem later in the week,  7 to 6. Hannah Wakeman was the winning pitcher for that game.
