SRSO Law Enforcement Memorial Service
To honor the Fallen Officers of the State of Florida, The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office will be holding a Law Enforcement Memorial Service.
On May 8, 2013, the Service will be taking place at the Sheriff’s Office located at 5755 East Milton Road in Milton, Florida. The Service will begin at 9:00 am at the front lawn near our Memorial Marker.
The public and media are all welcome to attend. The Master of Ceremonies will be Sheriff Wendell Hall. Our Guest Speaker will be the Honorable Justice Kenneth Bell. The following Officers will be honored:
- Police Officer Bruce St. Laurent, Juniper Police Department
- Deputy Sheriff Barbara Pill, Brevard County Sheriff’s Office
- Deputy Sheriff Christopher Schaub, Broward County Sheriff’s Office
- Sergeant Ruben Thomas III, Florida Department of Corrections
- Detective David White, Clay County Sheriff’s Office
A 21 Gun Salute along with Taps will follow the Invocation of these Honored Officers. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard will conduct the official Flag Presentation ceremony along with a Bagpipe performance of Amazing Grace.
