Make February 14th A Day To Remember Forever
Donald C. Spencer, Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is announcing, that on Thursday, February 14, 2013, Valentine’s Day, marriage ceremonies will be performed at the Clerk’s Administration Office, located at 6495 Caroline Street, Suite B, Milton, FL (850) 983-1971 and the Annex Office located at 5841 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Suite C, Gulf Breeze, FL (850) 983-1820. Florida resident couples have a 3 day waiting period unless you have had premarital counseling and the counselor is on the Clerk’s premarital provider list. Couples who have not had premarital counseling must obtain their license no later than Monday, February 11th. The cost of the event is as follows, license is $93.50 without premarital counseling and $61.00 with premarital counseling. For $30.00 the Clerk’s office will provide, by appointment, a wedding ceremony. The Clerk’s Office is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
