Jay wins in Baseball and Softball

The Jay baseball teams played Escambia Academy tonight.  Junior Varsity started the Royals off by  beating  the Cougars.  In varsity action, the Royals came out on top of the 3-2 game.  Hunter Vaughn was the winning pitcher for Jay , and Jay Carnley got the save. In softball action the Lady Royals won against Central  10-3.

Central’s softball team faced Rocky Bayou today.  Pitcher Dana Blackmon struck out 12 Knights.  The Lady Jags came up short losing 3-0.
