Central girls take on the Royals
In varsity action,the Lady Jags traveled to the Royals gym for the last rumble between them in regular season. The Jags took the lead early and held on through the half, leading the Royals 27-18. The Jags with the same point spread, finished the second half beating the Royals, 53-42. Makayla Simmons led with 24 points, followed by Natalie Jernigan with 11. Scoring for the Royals was Carissa Mulford with 14 and Samantha Steadham with 12.
In JV action, the Royals dominated winning 29-11. Joslin Wells led in scoring with 7 points.
