Christmas Office Closures
The following offices and departments will close on Monday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 25 in observance of Christmas. Regular hours of operation will resume on Wednesday, Dec. 26.
· Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners, including the library system and animal shelter
o The Central Landfill located on 6337 Da Lisa Road will be open from 7 a.m. – noon on Monday, Dec. 24 and closed on Tuesday, Dec. 25.
· Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Court
· Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser
· Santa Rosa County Supervisor of Elections
· Santa Rosa County Tax Collector
Garbage pickup for south end franchise areas ONLY (generally the unincorporated areas of the 32562 and 32566 zip codes):
· Waste Pro Customers – Household garbage, yard waste and recycling collection service will be postponed by one day Tuesday, Dec. 25 – Friday, Dec. 28.
· Waste Management Customers – No pick up on Monday, Dec. 24 or Tuesday, Dec. 25. Recycling service for Monday, Dec. 24 is rescheduled for Saturday, Dec. 22. Recycling service for Tuesday, Dec. 25 is rescheduled for Saturday, Dec. 29.
