SANTA ROSA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT GULF BREEZE (MIDWAY) DENTAL CLINIC ACCEPTING ADULT PATIENTS WITH MEDICAID
Beginning Friday, November 16, the Santa Rosa County Health Department’s Dental Clinic at Gulf Breeze (Midway) will be open to adult patients with Medicaid. Patients will be seen by appointment only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Midway Clinic is located at 5840 Gulf Breeze Highway.
“The number of providers who offer dental services for adults with Medicaid in Santa Rosa County is extremely limited,” said Sandra L. Park-O’Hara, administrator of the Santa Rosa County Health Department. “We are pleased to have the opportunity to be a source of care for those adults.”
