Jay Trick or Treat in the Park
The annual Jay Trick or Treat will be held on Wednesday, October 31 in the Jay City Bray/Hendricks Park. The time is 5pm until 8 pm. There will be local vendors and merchants along with the annual costume contest. The event is organized by the Jay Chamber of Commerce.
