RED, WHITE AND BLUE WHOOP DE DOO REVIEW
Jay Elementary will celebrate reading with a Red, White and Blue Whoop De Doo Review. The program will be Thursday evening, November 1st, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. The agenda includes a Star-Spangled Dinner, Liberty Snacks, Patriotic Music, Freedom Games and a Spectacular Grand Finale! All activities will take place at the Jay High School football stadium. The Jay High School Royal Pride Band and Color Guard will open the festivities with a rousing rendition of the National Anthem followed by other patriotic music. We will have a recognition ceremony for all of our students that have met their AR goals for the first nine weeks grading period. There will also be a touching flag ceremony performed by two local Boy Scout troops and exciting cheers from our Junior League Cheerleaders. Later, get a temporary tattoo, play games, vote for your favorite book, eat a hotdog, and have fun! At 7:50 P.M. we will convene on the bleachers for the grand finale.
