No True Bill – for TEAM Santa Rosa
State Attorney Bill Eddins announced today that the Santa Rosa County Grand Jury has completed its review of numerous allegations involving TEAM Santa Rosa. This review, which involved more than 16 hours of testimony and deliberations over a two-day period of time, resulted in the return of a No True Bill meaning that the Grand Jury found insufficient evidence for the filing of any criminal charges.
These allegations, some of which date back to 2004, claim that employees or members of TEAM Santa Rosa may have violated Florida law in various ways. In reaching their decision, the Grand Jury heard testimony from nine witnesses and reviewed numerous documents and other items of evidence.
