Santa Rosa Medical Center, in Conjunction with the Office of Congressman Jeff Miller, to Host Health Fair in Jay
Santa Rosa Medical Center, in conjunction with the office of Congressman Jeff Miller, will host a health fair on Monday, October 29 from 9 am – 11 am at Jay City Hall.
Free health screenings and health information will be provided. Representatives from SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders), a free program offered by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the Area Agency on Aging, will be on hand to answer questions regarding Medicare open enrollment.
The 2013 Medicare open enrollment period began October 15, and runs through December 7. Jay City Hall is located at 3695 Florida 4 in Jay.
