Social and health care educational opportunities for the 65 and over set


Milton, FL — October 3, 2012 – Santa Rosa Medical Center is committed to helping seniors make healthy choices that enable them to live their lives to the fullest.  It is this commitment that led to the development of Senior Extra.  Services include monthly health seminars focusing on prevention, the importance of regular screenings, and healthy lifestyle activities.  In addition, there is an online health library available at SeniorExtra.com.
