Flu Shots Available Now at Baptist Urgent Care & Baptist Medical Group Primary Care Offices
Influenza causes more than 200,000 people in the U.S. to be hospitalized every year and about 36,000 die from flu-related causes. Prevention is extremely important. That’s why Baptist Health Care has flu shots available now at all Baptist Urgent Care centers and most Baptist Medical Group primary care offices.
At Baptist Urgent Care, flu shots are available without an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome and extended hours and weekend hours are available. Baptist Urgent Care on Nine Mile Road is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 3p.m. on Saturdays. Baptist Urgent Care in Navarre is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
Flu shots cost $30 each and are payable by cash, check made payable to: Baptist Urgent Care, or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa). Insurance accepted with proof of insurance and benefits verified. Please contact your insurance company for benefit plan details. Some insurance companies require a co-pay or may not consider flu shot a covered benefit. Recipients must be 18 years old or older to receive the vaccination.
